Lollar Warranty

All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages along the manufacturing process. We back up any work we do, and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.

If you have purchased the pickup through a dealer, please contact them directly for handling warranty-related matters.

Pickups purchased pre-installed as "Original Equipment" on manufacturer's guitars must be handled directly with the original guitar manufacturer.

Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

Lollar Return/Exchange Policy

Pickups purchased directly from us may be exchanged or returned for up to 30 days. Pickups must be in as new condition and not altered or damaged in any way. No returns or exchanges on custom builds or non-stock items. No returns or exchanges on shims, pickguards, or rings.

We are not responsible for any damages cause by installation, or use of non-supplied mounting hardware or covers.

If the lead wire(s) need to be replaced (due to shortening, un-braiding or solder residue), there is a $10 per pickup re-lead fee for cloth covered wire (Strat, Tele, etc.) or P90s with shielded cable, and a $20 per pickup re-lead fee for other shielded or 4 conductor cable (Humbuckers, Gold Foils, etc.). If an installed cover has been scratched or damaged, there is a $30 replacement fee for standard covers (chrome, nickel) , and a $40 replacement fee for custom covers (Gold, custom tops) .

If you have purchased the pickups through a dealer, exchanges are subject to that dealer's in-house exchange / return policy. We do not accept exchanges or returns on pickups that have been purchased pre-installed as "Original Equipment" (OEM) on other guitar manufacturer's guitars.

Any orders returned to Lollar Pickups as undeliverable, unclaimed, denied, or refused may be re-shipped at customerís expense, or will otherwise be subject to a $30 processing and handling charge, to be deducted from refund. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.

All orders are shipped as insured parcel, which may require a signature for verification of delivery. You will receive tracking information from the respective carrier on behalf of Lollar Pickups when your order has been prepared for shipment. Carriers may not provide notification of attempted deliveries - we suggest using the provided tracking information to follow the progress of all orders.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Please carefully wrap the pickup in bubble wrap or other material that provides ample protection and cushioning. Please enclose the cushioned/wrapped pickup in a box that is sturdy enough for shipping. Please make sure the pickup does not "bounce" around" in the box, causing scratches or other damage.
  2. Please print, fill out and include this downloadable form.
  3. If you are exchanging pickups, make sure to provide a credit card number. If you are providing a credit card number also include billing address, expiration date, and 3-digit "v-code" from the back of the card.
  4. Please make sure to include your contact information inside the box you are sending to us.
  5. You may want to insure your package. We cannot be responsible for returns we don't receive.
