Pickups purchased directly from Lollar Guitars & Pickups may be exchanged or returned for up to 30 days. Pickups must be unaltered and undamaged. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Pickups purchased through dealers are subject to the dealer's return policy and must be returned to them. All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years to the original purchaser. Altering the pickups in any way, including disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape, will void the warranty.
